During my recent stay at Hi Geres, I was genuinely impressed by how the hotel exceeded my high expectations, particularly with its charming old cottage ambiance that perfectly complemented the serene woodland setting. The attentive staff, especially Miss Cátia, Olga, and Sofia, provided an exceptional level of service, always ensuring that I was well taken care of, including accommodating early breakfast requests before my bus journeys. I also appreciated the upgraded tea and coffee facilities, which offered a delightful hot drink option during the cooler evenings, creating a cozy atmosphere to unwind in the beautifully maintained garden furniture. The outstanding quality of service combined with the tranquil surroundings and convenient location made my experience extraordinary and one I highly recommend to fellow travelers.
